Natural Diamond Warranty
All diamonds sold by West Diamonds Ltd. are 100% natural, untreated and of the highest quality, unless stated otherwise. Our company issues a certificate for every diamond and stone. Each stone contains a strict GIA certificate. At the customer’s request, there is the option of obtaining an additional certificate of the following types: HRD, AGS, EGL, EGL, IGI, and GIA. Each additional certificate may be subject to additional fees.
This warranty is valid for jewellery products and insures manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not include wear and tear of excessive use, physical damage, theft or loss of the product. The warranty is valid only on diamonds by West Diamonds Ltd. and does not apply to any work done by a third party. Any intentional or incidental change or adjustment of the product, including its sale and adjustment for any other purpose, automatically terminates the warranty.
